lovely staff airport bus great location broken shower faulty tv separate building
the staff were lovely. the hotel has a great location, right across from an airport bus drop off point. plenty of restaurants are nearby and the staff is happy to share their knowledge.
the shower door wouldn't close properly, it gets stuck and i had to pull it carefully as to not break it. the tv didn't work. our room was in the other building around the corner, so i had to walk outside to go to reception which was pretty annoying.

helpful staff central location
i appreciated the accommodating staff! luggage storage was available with later train departures. the central location near the bus stop and the castle was great!
the room got quite hot, and the window only opened slightly.

Fantastic Location, SUPER Clean!

I found the room clean and larger than anticipated. The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward. The hotel's location is AMAZING. The airport bus stop is conveniently located just outside the entrance, simplifying travel.
I noted that the room decor seemed slightly dated. This was a very minor point overall. It did not detract from my experience.

My room had an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. There were ample towels and toiletries provided in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and linens crisp.

The hotel is near many attractions. I found several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Public transportation options are readily available nearby. This made exploring convenient.

king bed friendly staff
The room was modern and compact. It had a king bed with a bunk bed. I also appreciated that the hotel manager offered my son Scottish chocolate bars when he asked for local food recommendations. This small gesture was very nice. The staff was very friendly.
The heating was very high. I felt warm at night.
